We have been faithfully serving both the on-premise and home winemaker since 1994 and have become one of Toronto’s oldest and most trusted wine making establishments. For the past two years we have been voted the Best of the Best by the Reader’s Choice Award.
We use R.J. Spagnol’s products – the recognized leaders of wine juices and concentrates throughout North America. R.J. Spagnol’s has won most medals in the past few years in the International Amateur Wine Making Competition. Our mutual commitment and dedication to our customers begins in the vineyard and is evident in the flavour and freshness of every batch of wine. On-Premise Wine Making
We are fully equipped with top of the line wine making equipment and supplies. Therefore you have the opportunity to produce award-winning wines right on our premises. Our musts and juices are made from the most sought after grapes and sourced from the world’s finest vineyards. Careful monitoring of each batch of wine is guaranteed under our supervised staff. While we take care of most of the muss and fuss, Provincial Regulations require the on-premise wine maker to be present in our store at the beginning of the wine making process. Stop by and we’ll get you started. No appointment is necessary, but is recommended so we have the time to answer any questions you may have. You need not visit us again until the wine is ready to be bottled. This entire process takes between 4 and 8 weeks depending on your wine selection.
On-Premise Brewing Department
We would like to offer you the opportunity to enjoy the rich world of craft beer and cider. We do this by circumventing the high overhead incurred by traditional mass production methods. By preparing individual batches, we carefully monitor and control the environment of the beer or cider making process. We import a wide range of wine, beer, and cider products.
